Question 7: Storage is 4G/ 8G/ 16G/ 32G in description, Why it is less when I check?
A: a. phone storage consists of three parts, internal storage (ROM, Used to install applications. Phone storage (Used to store the files, videos, music, etc.), and system used. When you test the phone by some applications, it will only show you the size of the internal storage. Please check the real storage in the “setting> storage”.
b. the hardware manufacturers use 1000MB as 1GB, but software vendor use 1024MB as 1GB, so the size of the storage is less than you see.
c. the recovery and cache will also occupy the storage, so it will show less.
Question 8: How can I check the real pixels of the camera?
A: a.Test the phone with some applications, such as AnTuTu Benchmark, CPU- Z.
b. Enter the Camera setting, set the preview size to 4:3, and then check the max picture size. The max picture size is the real pixels of the camera.
c. Set the picture size to max then take a photo, Length multiplied by the width of the picture, you will get the real pixels of the camera in this way as well.
Questions 9: What should I do when the storage isn’t enough to download more application?
A: Please uninstall some useless applications in phone storage, we recommend to change the default install path to the memory card (setting > Storage), also you can move most of the applications to the card except system apps.
